I got a note saying:

"Your deviation Motivational was reported for Art theft (General). The report was reviewed by a member of the Staff and action was taken, deleting the deviation and marking the report as Resolved. Additionally, the following comment was provided:

A member of staff has reviewed this deviation and has found that it was a violation of the official deviantART copyright policy.

This deviation should not be resubmitted."

Ooooh I'm a criminal, people. And the most dangerous one at that
Really, this is silly. It was a bleeding motivational. Anyone could see that I didn't take that photo...wish I had, but alas, no.

What about all the other motivationals here on dA? The manips, the screenshots? They are 'illegal' aren't they?

Not bitching here; I just think it's silly. Thank you, anonymous member of the staff! I didn't even know I was going down the wrong road. It's scary to think of what I might have done next...traced a Naruto screencap or *gasp* drawn a moustache on Zack Efron and sold it as a print *gasp*



Lots of stuff have happened for me, so that's what has been taking up all my time. Sorry for not being here so often. I hope to post something new soon : )

Also, I have a gazillion new deviations from ya'll and I will look through them tomorrow.

Why I have completely avoided the books/movies for all these years is a complete mystery now that I look at it.

I have spent the last week of my vacation watching the first five movies on DVD...twice! What the hell? And now I seriously consider dragging myself to the cinema and watch the latest one.

I'm even going to read the books. Very strange.

It's not until now I know what all the fuss is about. J.K. Rowling IS actually some sort of genius...granted, she's not the new Tolkien or anything, but to come up with a world like that...wow. That's highly admirable.

So...yeah...I believe I'm having a so-called epiphany for the moment.
Don't expect me to explode in HP fanart, though. Perhaps a little drawing will sneak in here and there, but nothing massive : D

On a side note: Haven't been drawing much this summer. I've started a crap-load of drawings, but find it very difficult to finish any of them. As usual, I belive coming back to school will fix that little problem : )

I've been wanting to clean out my gallery for a long time...get rid of old stuff, rearranging the piles and so on. And clean out the scraps...dear lord it's a mess in there.

So...I'll get going with that.

And what else...

Oh yeah. Spring/Summer means exams and whatnot for me, so I'll have even less time to draw - which of course sucks on so many levels, it's not even funny. BUT SUMMERVACATION IS NOT THAT FAR AWAY and I can't wait : D

Gonna be grand.

You probably all know by now, but just to be on the safe side:

Do not click the link in those messages on your profile pages, saying stuff like: "SOMEONE IS WRITING ABOUT YOU IN THIS BLOG (LINK)" or "SOMEONE HAS FEATURED YOUR ART HERE (LINK)"

The link leads to a fake site that asks you to type in your username and password. It may look like you're logged out, but you're not. DON'T TYPE ANYTHING.

The people sending you these messages are innocent - their accounts have been hacked.

Just hide the messages you get and prevent this crap from spreading.

If you did type in your password, change it immediately and you'll be just fine.

The people behind this seriously need a healthy hobby...T_T
